Not as someone who built a business, figured it out, and now sells the solution. As someone who is still in it, still running my own fractional COO practice, still facilitating the Collaborative, still figuring out what works and what doesn't.

I came from project management. I think in systems, capacity, and sustainability, not funnels and content strategies.
